We look forward to you travelling with us, but you might have a few questions to ask before hand.
- Do you allow alcohol on board?
- Non-alcoholic drinks are permitted but for safety purposes no drinks in glass bottles are allowed on board. The consumption of alcohol is not permitted on board the coach.
- Do your vehicles have storage facilities?
- Yes, our large touring coaches have large luggage bins which can hold passenger bags and suitcases. Any excess luggage must be discussed with our office to confirm it will fit.
- Is standing allowed on the vehicles?
- No, all passengers are required to remain seated at all times during the duration of the journey.
- Can I bring my pet on the coach?
- No, pets (except guide dogs) are not permitted to travel on our coaches.
- Are the vehicles air conditioned and have seat belts?
- Yes, all Adelaide Coach Company coaches are air conditioned with seat belts.
- Do you operate on public holidays?
- Yes, we operate 365 days of the year.
- Do you offer rentals or a self drive service?
- No, all vehicles come with a fully insured, experienced and uniformed driver.
